4 ingredients for this cheesy KD sauce! Tastes just like the KD I grew up eating, except this is high protein and fiber. So filling and satisfying 😋Super straightforward (blend and add to pasta) and delicious!I picked up the Kraft Heinz Shaker from Costco, it's also available on Amazon and Instacart.The KD shaker is made from REAL cheddar cheese, whey, butter and is colored naturally using turmeric, paprika, and annato (red dye from tropical fruits). I used GoGo Quinoa Protein macaroni that looks just like the OG KD pasta but is packed with protein and fiber (25g protein and 7g fiber for 85g of dry pasta)! 🍽 Looking for a delicious recipe to hit your protein goals this week? It’s hard to beat the simplicity of this "Chicken Burrito Bowl". Basic and clean ingredients that mix together into a tasty dish to easily hit your protein targets. This recipe will make 5 servings, each boasting:Protein: 70g Calories: 520 Carbohydrates: 21g Fat: 13g INGREDIENTS:40oz chicken breast 1 1/4 cup cooked rice 1 1/4 cup shredded Mexican cheese 2 1/2 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt 2 1/2 cup pico de Gallo hot sauce (as desired) shredded lettuce (as desired) lime juice (optional)Experiment with the seasonings on the chicken or stick to a basic taco seasoning outlined below.🌶 Homemade Taco Seasoning: 2 tbsp chili powder 1/2 tsp garlic powder 1/2 tsp onion powder 1/2 tsp dried oregano 1 tsp paprika 3 tsp ground cumin 2 tsp salt 2 tsp black pepperDIRECTIONS:1) Start by making the rice according to instructions.
